G-Suite for Business Owners: Safe Time and Money While Collaborating with Others for Success.
Are you ready to leverage technology in order to work when and where you want to?
The rise of the millennial workforce is starting to mandate the use of technology, social media and digital products in order to stay relevant to this changing economy.
With this wave comes a technological education in and of itself. This, coupled with the demands of business as usual, is creating an unspoken web of change and evolution for the small business owner today. Will we learn to leverage technology specifically G-Suite and embrace the freedom it affords or focus on feeling exhausted fighting with it? Reach more clients and work in partnerships with greater ease.
Join us and learn how to work from wherever you are in the world–even while traveling extensively or on vacation–from a netbook and smartphone with internet access.
In this course, we’ll start with the ‘101s’ and tips and tricks of how to use GSuite (Google’s online–cloud-based–version of Microsoft Office) to manage our workflow effectively.)
Topics covered include:
- The cloud vs. local storage
- Gmail, Google docs and Google sheets
- How to share files
- Google calendar
- Social media integrations
- Costs and other considerations
- Pulling it all together – G-Suite best practices for organization and time management
These trainings will be available as a recording if you are not able to attend live.
This class is for Business people interested in using technology for better collaboration and productivity. It is designed for people new to G-Suite who want orientation and basic skills. This is an introductory course, not for intermediate or advanced G-Suite users.
Is there a prerequisite to attend? Yes, you must like technology enough to already rely on it for some aspects of your small business and life. This is NOT an ‘Intro to Computers’ course. You will need access to a computer and your own smartphone to apply these concepts effectively.
