Longtime trainer Kristen Stroud, M.A. specializes in Mind-Body Solutions to increase performance, resilience, and success in life and work.  In training and private sessions, she applies positive psychology, emotional intelligence, the neuroscience of mindfulness and the wisdom of contemplative traditions to promote self-awareness, stress resilience, emotional balance, compassion, impulse control, focused attention, effective communication, mindful leadership, and conflict prevention skills.
