Ashlee Tate holds a Bachelor Degree in Healthcare Administration from California State University, Sacramento and a Masters degree in Communications and Leadership from Gonzaga University. As a veteran of the United States Army, Ashlee is no stranger to community service and a strong work ethic.
Ashlee’s philosophy of “leading by giving” has been the catalyst for numerous projects she has developed, one of which is her non-profit Launchpad 4 Kids, Inc. This website, www.LaunchPad4Kids.org, is dedicated to micro-philanthropy through crowd funding. The organization facilitates sponsorship for children between the ages of 3-17 who are from underprivileged and at-risk environments. Launchpad helps kids gain experience in extracurricular activities through one to one giving.
Ashlee is also the host and creator of a local television show on the Public Broadcast Station KIXE Channel 9 in Redding, CA. “The Forum” launched in April 2013 which features “interesting people doing interesting things in the Northstate”. Prior to LaunchPad4Kids.org, Ashlee owned CREATE PR, a public relations and branding consultancy.
