Tuesday, September 17 @ 12:00 pmFree
Leah will share a candid personal conversation of her past struggles with anxiety and how she learned to control the thoughts and emotions that lead her there so that she could thrive in business and in life.
She will lead a proactive discussion on what to do when you find yourself in a season or moment of anxiety and tips on how to achieve less anxiety in your future.
During this event you will learn how to:
• Accurately identifying anxiety and when it is more than normal.
• Decipher the actual emotion and pinpointing what is actually causing it.
• Equip yourself with simple actions to use to stop suffering from anxiety.
